The National EarthKind Rose Garden which is a drought and disease tolerance test done in collaboration with Texas A&M, is viewable from the road all the time at 32235 SE Pipeline Rd. Gresham, OR 97080.
This is a picture of the EARTHKIND test garden in the heat of the summer late July 2009, temperature reached upwards of 107 after a month of only 0.39" of rain. Still the garden performed very well. This garden does not recieve any water other than rain. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used in this test, only compost and mulch.
